I have a rash on my inner arm?

This is a bit dry and cracked. Is it pink. and feels like a sunburn though I have not been out in the sun. It is in the left arm. I use shower gel ax and antiperspirants. Do I have something serious?

It seems that just sounds like irritation of the skin, probably do to wear the shirt or because the skin is rubbed against a piece of skin of the arm, or how to move it. Nothing great, will disappear, just use some lotion, and stuff, going to disappear soon. Just be sure to find out what she iritating. Could not you try using ax could.
