home is illeagal to sell all natural beauty products made by me?

I moisterizers lotions, lip stains, bath gel, etc. based on oils, flowers, etc. Am I allowed to bottle and sell them?

I'm pretty sure we'd need a license, as it is a product that could accidentally poison people, haha, but just stop by the courthouse and ask. No big deal.
