I have the driest hands. Any advice or suggestions?

Because of where I work, I feel like I have to wash my hands frequently during the day, but my hands have become disgusting and nothing seems to moisturize they. Regular lotion is a joke. I tried the following, but these do not work for more than 1 hour: Burt's Bees Banana Hand Cream L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream, the Council of hemp hand protector store I do not care about prices as far as it actually works at least a couple of hours. Any suggestions?

Please wash hands frequently, invest in a very moisturizing liquid soap that does not strip moisture from your hands. Every time you wash, make sure put the cream right after. You can also consider getting a hand paraffin treatment done once a week or so (in a room), this is very paraffin wax hot dip hands in hot wax penetrates the skin and the results are amazing .... many places have this, salons, estheticians, spa-even can be buy one for you at home and every night. Apart from that try to use white cotton gloves and fill with cream, maybe even petroleum jelly on the top of the cream-put gloves when you go to sleep. Try Gehwol Med Salve, is actually a foot cream, but can be used on the hands, is made for people with cracked heels and the most moisturizing cream I have ever used.
