What I can do with my dry skin?
Im 13 and I use the hot water in the shower, but only take it as a 15th minute one and my legs are dry and rough. Nair I use them, but I know that is not the problem. i use oil bath gel for sry extra Olay skin with shea butter and I use it a lot but has not much help. What else I can do? plase and options to give as many details as possible thatnks!
There are plenty of moisturizers on the market some of the cheapest are very good to get some sorbelene or a moisturizing creams with lanolin or sorbelene and always in the position after the shower. A shower is 15 minutes long where I live we are encouraged to take 4 showers minutes because we have a shortage of water. Its long enough to clean, but really not much time for the shower trying to cut back to no more than 10 minutes then you will have more than 5 minutes for the work of the moisture very well. 2 also apply. 3 or 4 times a day. and be sure to eat a healthy diet
