Its OK to use a lot. Use more in the ends than in the scalp, or your scalp look oily. You can also rub some on your brush before shampooing, and I will stay in the day. Nor is it acceptable to wash all out – if you leave a bit, you often work better. I’ve never tried any of their options, but my personal reccomendations would Pantene Prov ‘smooth and elegant, and hello Herbal Essences ‘hydration’. You can also try the resources of natural hair, like washing your hair with an egg (no hot water, however, you do not want to cook in your head!) or with a little olive oil when you wash your hair.
