is Palmers shea butter ok to use on my face?

now im really Accutane and my face is really dry and I've already used Palmers shea butter ..... a couple of times, but I am worried about pimples and such things ... apparently also good for your acne scars that I have a little .... What do you suggest? Stay in this cream or switch to something else? If the answer moisterizers change that are better?
