Keratosis Pilaris "cure"?

I know there is no cure. But I feel very free Conscious. What is the most effective treatment? I Kerol Redi-Pads. They do not work. Loofah. It does not work. Shea Butter Cream. Nope. It is very hot in school so I can not use my sweater or people will think I'm weird, or a cutter, because of its large number of children who have in my school. Im really free Conscious. Almost to tears. Help!

I have as well. It bugs the hell out of me, but my advice is to stay calm with Use at least you can. and you know that strange lumps? Do not touch them. That only worsens the condition. I used to be really bad to pick on them, but no more, and now you can hardly tell if I have Keratosis more. except for the occasional dry lump. Oh, and I found the loofa be abrasive, and only irritates the area. Only try to keep the skin very clean, and if you are using a bar of soap, try switching to a liquid body wash. I'm allergic to the bar of soap, and makes me Keratosis explode. I switched to wash the body and my skin is almost free keratosis. I'm glad if it was any help. Mitch
