I can not imagine not having massage oils for my Swedish massage, deep massage and therapy sessions Sports Massage at Fourth Street, downtown St. Petersburg and in Tampa 33 607. Even when I had pregnancy massage, massage oil helps to hydrate the skin and prevent grooves. I am glad that a variety of massage oils are available in St. Petersburg.

natural pure oils are the best massage oils for use. Each has different characteristics, however.

Almond oil seems to be everyone's favorite, and has a reasonable price to boot. It is pale yellow with a sweet and nutty aroma, and is quickly absorbed through the skin, eliminating the greasy feel that is usually caused by other oils. It also does not irritate the skin most people, rather than relaxing, nourishing, moisturizing and conditioning it. Should be avoided by people who are allergic to nuts, however.

This is the best alternative to almond oil. People who are allergic to nuts can be used safely. It is a little more expensive, however.

Jojoba oil is not really a petroleum wax, but. It comes from the seed of the jojoba plant. It is also largely non-irritating and has a long shelf life, too. Other oils used for massage include avocado oil, cocoa butter, oil grapeseed, kukui nut oil, shea butter and wheat germ oil.

Avocado oil is very heavy and is often mixed with massage oils light. May cause irritation to people allergic to latex and costs twice as almond oil.

Cocoa butter is even higher, becoming solid at room environment. It is also mixed with lighter oils, but is known for its aroma that resembles chocolate.
