Pregnancy and acne?

Does anyone know of any all natural facial products that are safe for use during pregnancy? Whole Foods as something that actually works. I am currently using some cleaner natural shea butter milk there, but still make my skin break out. I do not want to use anything with chemicals, so that is my dilemma. I'm also using pills of tea tree oil cleaning, but that does not seem to help anyone. Who knows, maybe my skin would be worse without him, so might be working.

I use the package if clear value (excluding the Spot Acne Treatment Cream - has sulfur in it, and it would be good for the baby )....
