I just received my shea butter from coastal scents and got cheated?

I wondered if I have is not refined. It has the same texture and color as mashed potatoes. It has a harshness to it. The small pieces will eventually melt into my skin, but it takes some work. Does not melt easily and is very thick. The smell is that "nut" and the natural odor of the species and it smells good. Non-sticky, but when I put it between two fingers, which makes the thing where he excels. Could it be simply because it was cold during labor? Yes I think they had different expectations. Unrefined shea butter is not going to be as smooth as the things you buy in a tub of the store.
