Can Burt's Bees honey and shea butter cream body help reduce stretch marks?

Recientemente I bought some honey bee and Burt shea butter cream body (just because it smelled really nice and my legs were really ash, especially in climates dried). I forgot I had some stretch marks until I began to put something, and just curious, use this cream for the body eventually vanish help stretch marks?

The best thing for stretch marks is vitamin E, not sure what happens in Burts, but check% of vitamin E in it. He had a scar unpleasant surgery and the doctor suggested vitamin E oil for treatment, I could not find vitamin E oil at the local pharmacy, but is found in gel capsules. I peirced the pill and applying vitamin E, and was surprised how quickly it reduces scar, not totally eliminate, but the noticeable reduction. I hope this helps.
