Is there any way to get rid of hair visible under the skin after shaving?

after shaving the hair continues still visible on the skin that can not go to the causes and the bumps and keeps me from having my legs smooth. Is there any way to prevent this ugly hair? I just noticed the hair below my skin today. I shaved with a new Venus razor and I positively Aveeno shaving cream and soft tree huts Brazilian shea nut butter body after out of the shower. My skin is super sensitive and I am very jealous of all my friends because they have no problem shaving their legs are so silky but mine are only bumps and annoying. please help!

You are not alone, I have the same problem too. I'm sure it's more obvious to you that someone around you. You can try waxing hair removal or lazer, but both can be a bit expensive.
