shea butter yellow white

What makes shea butter seem real, like?

I just bought some shea butter from a beauty supply shoppe. The package says 100% natural African shea butter. Is yellow and it smells a bit odd. I have also shea butter comes from bath and body works and is white and has no smell, but also says it is 100% natural. Assuming that are the same why they look different and the Bath and Body Works is completely odorless.

The yellow one is that funny smell an unrefined closest to its natural state. White is easier to tolerate for those not too familiar with the strong smell of the original model, but it has been processed.
